Before you pay: the key terms

• Who you buy from. White Horse Clips (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/545579/07, 214 Caperbush Street, Hartbeespoort, 0216, North West, South Africa. Shop questions: enquiries@whclips.co.za, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (SAST).
• Price and delivery. All prices are in South African Rand and no VAT is charged. The delivery charge is shown in your total above. It is not refundable once your order has shipped. We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days; delivery takes 2 to 3 working days in Gauteng and 2 to 10 working days in other provinces.
• Cancelling before we ship. Email us your order number and we cancel it and refund everything you paid.
• Cancelling after shipment. You may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason (section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act). To cancel, email enquiries@whclips.co.za with your order number, as early as you can, ideally within 5 days of delivery. You may carry the direct cost of returning the goods, and a handling fee of 10% of the price of the goods may be deducted from your refund. The delivery charge is not refundable. The goods must come back with everything in the box, in the condition you received them; if they come back damaged, used, or missing parts or packaging, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong goods. We replace them at no cost to you, or refund the price of the goods if we have no replacement in stock. No handling fee applies.
• Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 30 days of the date you cancelled or, for faulty goods, within 30 days of us receiving and checking them. We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us and checked against your order.
